InvoiceHawk ("we", "us") provides an automated invoice collection service for small businesses. We contact your customers on your behalf to collect overdue payments. We charge 10% of successfully collected amounts. Founding members receive free collection on their first $5,000 in overdue invoices.
The $5 founding member deposit reserves your spot and locks in your founding rate. This deposit is non-refundable but is credited toward your first collection fee once the service launches. If we do not launch the service within 6 months of your deposit, we will issue a full refund.
You connect your QuickBooks account and select which overdue invoices you'd like us to pursue. We send professional payment reminders on your behalf via email. You retain full control over which customers we contact. You can pause or stop collection on any invoice at any time.
We charge 10% of amounts successfully collected. "Successfully collected" means payment received by you that is directly attributable to our collection efforts. You are never charged for invoices we do not collect on. There are no setup fees, monthly fees, or cancellation fees.
We access your QuickBooks data solely to identify and collect on overdue invoices. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any other purpose. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting your QuickBooks account.
InvoiceHawk is not a law firm or licensed debt collection agency. We provide automated payment reminder services. We are not liable for any damages arising from customer relationships affected by collection communications. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.
You can cancel at any time with no penalty. Active collection efforts will stop within 24 hours. You remain responsible for any fees on amounts already collected prior to cancellation.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance.
